The challenge

Access Infinity saw an opportunity to build upon their deep pharma consultancy services expertise and positioning in the market by providing their customers with a business platform that help them gain valuable data and insights needed for their product launches. Access Infinity therefore engaged with Incepteo to assist with the development of a SAAS based technology platform.

Actions

Incepteo ran a number of workshops with Access Infinity to define the requirement scope and map out the solution processes, leading to an iterative cycle of design and development. By providing wireframes and then rich UX designs, driven through agile sprints led to a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) being released and tested with early adopting customers. This was well received by their customers. From that initial delivery, Incepteo added further solution modules to further enhance the platform offering.

Results

The new business platform allowed Access Infinity to upsell existing consultancy customers onto a recurring and profitable revenue stream as well attracting new business. With Access Infinity focusing upon its data analytics capabilities to add value to its customer relationships, Incepteo took over the technical management of the platform by providing a secure, cloud based, service and support capability.
